Butterflies In My Stomach.

Went to church today, with pain in my stomach, thanks to the menstrual due! But, my uncle reminded me that I was the back-up singer, so I put on a -____- face and went for it. And later my father joined me and my friend (actually). I gave all out and to me, I sounded like trash, but then my boyfriend protests and said "you rocked.' Like always.

And then a miracle happened.

Today was the day we came to the table of the Lord. You know how painful it is if we had stomach ache at times we don't ask for it. So I was sitting uncomfortably, and holding my friend's hand if the pain strikes my tummy. So after praying and eating the bread and the grape (don't get me wrong, they symbolizes Jesus' body), I immediately felt better! It's like the pain was never there! How awesome it can be when you are with the Lord!

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me (Philippians 4:13)

And going back from the church, my friend who was working at TheSpring got me two books I've always wanted. Okay, another wonderful miracle. I got these two books for free! And I've been wanting them for life ago (kidding), but you could say it was long. Thank God! You can imagine me dancing around and hugging my friend. It was wonderful, a wonderful Sunday indeed. Hallelujah!

It's not new, she's my neighbor's.

My Enthusiasm Burning Than Ever!

As you can see (or maybe not), my future school is surrounded by industrial areas.

As far as you all are concerned, I am moving to a new engineering school this year- SM Teknik Sejingkat. I moved there because I got good results in my recent PMR exam and as a reward, my mother let me choose wherever I want to go to follow my dreams next. In my previous school, students are only to take the Science stream, which I can't cope up with. I was interested in engineering instead. So I was told that this school was the only school that offers the mechanical engineering side. In that case, my mother couldn't argue with me though she was confused why I did chose to be an engineer in the first place.

And as you know too, I am currently in love with a wide range of musical instruments and I play a few quite well by now. But I'm really depressed at the thought of why couldn't I play the guitar really smoothly. Okay I'm running out of topic but what I'm trying to say here is, I am thinking of what would happen if I can't concentrate on the technical side and decide to choose on the arts stream instead. *brain-struck* No, I should think positive, of course.

So I came here on my own decision and I hope (and pray) I wouldn't regret it. If this the only place where I can prove everybody that a girl can be an engineer, I'll do it. Trust in pursuing your dreams, even when everyone says it's impossible -Barbie as Corrine in 'The Three Musketeers'- (okay, I know too much :D)

Again today was the first time I get my hands with the camera again since I can't toy with it too much these past days. I was too filled up with filling up the forms for school and PERMANENT hostel. Come to think of it, I hope (and pray, again) I'll survive the living this time. *shrugs* Amen.

Among my New Year resolutions, which *points first finger up* didn't work last year. (Except the last tweet)

I'm ready and well prepared!

My previous school didn't use these envelopes efficiently. I guess it was just a waste of money.

Some leftover during Christmas.

Got a fight to handle. Bye!

Start Getting Busy.

I can do ALL THINGS through Christ who strengthens me. (Philippians 4:13)

Well good afternoon! (Don't get weird out if it's posted later, I started writing at 12:38 PM.) I started this new day with a visitor at our place around 8 o'clock in the morning. She was my grandma. It wasn't my usual time of waking up during the holidays and when grandma went into the kitchen, I went back into my room and went back to sleep. Okay, that's all about it.

And then when she already went back to do her work (or maybe rush back home), I woke up again, got ready to bath, cleaned the house, fold the clothes, washed everything in the sink (phew!), I got back into my room and started on the Christmas plan for my HomeGroup.

Remember when I was saying that the kids were going to present a choral speaking? Foreseeing that I might not be able to 'tutor' them properly, I alternately changed their presentation- from speaking together into singing together! Along to the song 'Silent Night,' I found very simple step dance here. The girl's cute! (oh my)

And then when I was still on my way drafting the choreographs, my father and little sister came home from wiring at someone's house. I got a new shirt from my grandma (they both went to see her for a while just now) and we ate manna biscuits! What's more amazing, the biscuits have words on them, as in words from the Bible itself.

And before forgetting! Last Saturday-3rd December- my church held a program for the Sunday schoolers. I led the praise and worship for the first thing in the morning, and then we moved on to prayers and games. There weren't much pictures, but I'm sure all the kids had fun.

Prayer time after worship.

I got lots more to say, but my little sister wants to use the broadband. So I'm coming back tonight. Stay tuned!

I Didn't Think Today Was Fun At All :(

Since it wasn't fun, so I just took random pictures to MAKE it fun. Unfortunately, that didn't switch my mood. Hmm ....

I finished reading this two days ago. And it was the best novel ever read (by me).

Garnier product fan seriously :)

(Translated) Biscuit Creativity.

My sister's. I used them to color the drawings I've drawn.

Busy for Sunday service. Got a lot of songs from different books and references.

The Chocolate Candy Mint Cookies.

Goodnight :)

Dumdumdabidam

I don't know what to say, just my broadband connection suddenly went terminated last night and I forgot about what to say. Which means, I've written my blog halfway then the broadband was suddenly not there when I got back home from an occasion!

Oh, I didn't tell you about that.

So, I went to a something last night. It's not to be called an occasion, it's some king of a simple gathering for one family who just received Christ as their personal Savior. Hallelujah! For sure, I got a lot of pictures but I'll be posting only a few pictures. The others looked cranky.

Listening to God's word by Pastor Roland.

The one next to me, the one in stripped cardigan, is what you guys call, sister-in-law.

Look at the coincidence of the same pose :) Such beauty!

And also, I picked up on a new hobby. Sports, I chose badminton. It was such determination for me to just sit at home and be something my mother does not enjoy. So I cleaned up my brother's room one day (again) and found a bag with three rackets in it. And oh how I exalted with joy!

And today was always the big day for all Children of God all over the world-it's SUNDAY! Yeah, I went to church with my father and Gerald, while Genevieve followed my mother to our old church. We had to go our separate ways, but we knew God kept us one :) I played keyboard just now, and met with my new brothers and sisters. Though we just knew each other DAYS ago, there's this one bond that kept us together. And a day won't pass without it remembering each other in our prayers. I passed my camera to Sonia, and these pictures are not all of them. (P/S: I know the coming up pictures has no water mark, but no taking away pictures without credits. Thank you.)

My phone and my so called sister-in-law's :)

Yeah, that's me on the keyboard.

And I really really loved her dress!

I'm gonna miss my brother :'(

Oh yeah. I forgot one thing I did yesterday. I helped my mother out with some Sunday School objects yesterday, you know, cute drawings and messy artworks? Haha, sorry :D I helped her to draw a simple verse from Psalms 104:24b, which was:

I also got some presents from my mother. Not some, two. A handbag and a purse. The handbag was my mother's treasure, but she didn't want it anymore so I asked for it and she gave me open-heartedly. Oh I love you mother!

And I made a hand-made notebook yesterday, while waiting for my father to come back from work

(Like always) And I'm now randomly posting pictures!

AstridSwift, signing off. Gotta go sleep. Goodnight. Stay tuned!
